Join our Bastion veteran community at 11am for this inclusive, adaptive yoga class with instructor and wellness advocate Julie Holman! This movement class takes place during our Headway programming schedule and can be adapted for wheelchair users and participants with other mobility needs. Please BYO yoga mat if possible.
