Sobriety Support Group
Bastion offers a peer-led veteran sobriety support group every week. Drop-ins are welcome. The only prerequisite is a desire for a sober lifestyle at this time.
Qi Gong
Qi Gong (“chee gong”) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breathing, and meditation to cultivate vital life energy and support overall well-being. Qi Gong at Bastion is facilitated by Raegan Robinson, who emphasizes inner transformation and personal well-being.
