In her hometown of San Diego, California, Kimberly is well-known for her remarkable achievements in the non-profit sector. Before relocating to the Greater New Orleans area in 2018, Kimberly served as Vice President of Community Development for San Diego Community Housing Corporation, an organization for whom she has worked for the previous 22 years. These successes led to additional opportunities to serve the non-profit community in San Diego. Kimberly would later implement a 5-year strategic plan at Southwestern College Foundation to support higher education for low-income students.
