Sobriety Support Group
Bastion offers a peer-led veteran sobriety support group every week. Drop-ins are welcome. The only prerequisite is a desire for a sober lifestyle at this time.
TRE (Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises)
TRE is a series of movements and stretches designed to help kickstart a natural shaking mechanism in the body to release muscular tension and stress. This is a group wellness class led by social worker Lovella Calica, LCSW.

Join us for an adaptive yoga class with Julie, a local wellness provider who also leads Headway’s chair yoga and adaptive movement sessions. Julie can modify this class for yogis of all mobilities.
