Thank you for your interest in living at Bastion! Bastion’s residential community consists of 58 apartment homes and because it’s such a great place to live, we are usually fully occupied. Whether you live at Bastion or not, all veterans and active duty service members are welcome to be part of the Bastion family. We have many public events and activities. Click here to sign up for our email list and stay in the loop about events (select “Weekly Community Event Updates” for a weekly list of events that are open to non-resident veterans and the public).
Bastion is a nonprofit organization that provides resources, programming, and services for our residents and veteran program participants. Cohen Esrey is the property management company that executes all leases at Bastion. Our Bastion staff can help identify and elevate veterans who may be a good fit for our residential community to Cohen Esrey’s leasing office. Cohen Esrey is the entity that accepts and approves housing applications, fulfills maintenance requests, and collects rent from residents.
If you are a veteran and interested in living at Bastion, please fill out the interest form below. A Bastion staff member will contact you and provide you with more information about Cohen Esrey’s housing application process and connect you with any programs, resources, or events at Bastion that might interest you. If you have further questions once you’ve filled out this form, please email info@joinbastion.org. This form does not serve as a housing application. This is an interest form to learn more about the housing application process and the Bastion veteran community.
If you are a post-9/11 veteran who has a neurological disorder or a traumatic brain injury, please also contact headway@joinbastion.org to learn about additional day programming opportunities available at Bastion. Click here for information about our Headway brain injury program.
